Wilton Hill Development

One of the most exciting project that we have ever worked on, this new development partnership involving the Wilton Community Land Trust will become a national example of good practice. A major development of 36 acres of land is seeing the Community Land Trust working alongside housebuilder Redrow Homes Ltd and development company, Our Enterprise.

Leigh Park Community Hub

This new facility will be a 'game changing' building for Leigh Park near Portsmouth. It will completely turn the reputation of the area on its head with an iconic piece of green architecture fit for the 21st century. The new Community Hub will be open all year around and will be buzzing with activity for every age group providing health and community facilities for the residents of what was once Europe's largest housing estate.

Greener Kirkcaldy Business Plan & Food Hub

Greener Kirkcaldy is the latest example of a community organisation tapping into our business planning skills to plan for a financially, as well as environmentally sustainable future. Currently funded through the Government's Climate Challenge Fund they are taking the sensible step of planning two years ahead to generate their own revenue from low carbon projects in their community. Having been so pleased with this work Greener Kirkcaldy asked us to prepare another business plan for their exciting Kirkcaldy 'Food Hub' project. THis Business Plan is the basis of their recent bid for the Big Lottery Funds Community Assets programme.

Studio Dundee @ Dundee Waterfront

Our latest project, Studio Dundee, will retain graduate talent and promote entrepreneurial talent with a £28 million project on Dundee's exciting new Waterfront Regeneration Project. At the start of 2019, Dundee's creative community can work, stay and play in this fantastic new development.

Business Planning - Dunmurchie Farm

It is a welcome sign of the times that local communities are beginning to reap the financial benefits of the renewable energy revolution. The Hadyard Hill Community Benefit Fund in South Ayrshire is looking to purchase up to 96 acres at Dinmurchie Farm in Barr as a long term investment. The purchase is taking place through the National Forest Land Scheme and we are preparing the business plan to support this community investment.
